How do I get started?

Request a Free Demo, fill in the form and we’ll get back to you within 24 hours with a ready-to-use demo of your app. You can then make changes, add new content and collaborators. Not to worry, we’ll be there to guide you throughout the entire process.

When do I start paying for the app(s) and website(s)?

You pay when you start using the service. The first invoice is due in 5 days. If you don’t pay on time, we’ll wait another 10 days after the due date and then the service will be shut down. The mobile apps can remain in AppStore and GooglePlay, under your developer account, but they will display no info.

How long is the contract period?

We offer yearly and monthly subscriptions. If you sign up for a yearly subscription the contract length is one year and you will be billed automatically at the beginning of the contract for the full year.
If you choose a monthly subscription, the length of the contract will be one month and you will be billed automatically every month.

How do I cancel?

You can cancel your app subscription at any time. There are no cancellation fees. Once you’ve cancelled you will not be billed at the next billing period. Once you cancel, your app will be deactivated.

What happens if I don’t upgrade after I receive my demo?

Nothing. Your app will wait for you until you make the decision to subscribe or publish your app to the stores.

Where is my platform hosted? Do I have to do anything?

Your platform is hosted in Google Cloud (EU), where our server and database are located.

Is Eventya going to help me with App Store and Google Play accounts, setup and publishing?

Eventya offers you assistance for publishing your mobile apps in your developer accounts in AppStore and Google Play. Also, we ensure unlimited app republishing. Depending on the Pricing Plan that you choose, Eventya can prepare a mobile app Launch Kit for AppStore and Google Play: visuals, texts and keywords.

Who owns my app & website?

You own your apps. They are published under your Developer Account on AppStore and GooglePlay. You own the content and all your users’ data. You can export it for later use or if you want to migrate to another platform. Eventya owns the intellectual property of the code.

My mobile apps or website are going to be updated with fixes or new features?

In the monthly fee that you pay us, we offer free security updates for your mobile apps and website. Any new modules available in the platform are included in each package.

Are there any additional costs for me?

Besides the monthly subscription that you pay, you don’t have to worry about any additional costs for external services that Eventya uses: hosting, analytics, push notifications, maps, etc …The only other cost that you have is your Apple developer account yearly fee.
